Health is always important to you, and with your 6th House of Health strong this area of life is even more of a focus than usual in the year ahead. This is good. You need to focus more on your health. Health, though much better than last year, still needs watching and attention. You can't take things for granted.
With two long-term planets stressing you lull-time and with one stressing you part-time, you need to rest and relax more and focus on the important things in your life. I know the little details of life are important to you, but try to keep your focus on the big picture this year and let the unimportant things go. Pace yourself better and work more with a rhythm. Alternate different activities to maximize energy.
Also there are many other things that you can do to enhance health. Pay more attention to the ankles and feet. Wear sensible shoes - shoes that don't knock you off balance and that fit right. Keep your feet warm in winter. Massage your feet and ankles regularly (see the reflexology chart, overleaf). Give your ankles more support when exercising or engaged in sport.
If problems arise, the probable causes are low energy and 'inharmony' in the love and social life. So the first thing to do is just rest. This alone will do wonders for you. The second thing to do (and this has been a long-term trend) is examine your love life, your marriage and your relationships. Chances are that something is not in harmony there - there is some conflict going on - and this inharmony prevents the chi, the life-force, from flowing as it should. Restore the harmony, apologize where necessary, forgive others and yourself, and most likely the problem will either fade away of its own accord or, if the services of a health professional are needed, the healing will proceed more quickly.
If this doesn't work, examine how you've used your love-force - this requires ruthless honesty. Has it been used positively, constructively? To help or harm or manipulate others? If you correct the mistakes here, healing should happen.
For many years now, spiritual healing has been very important in your life. By now many have learned a lot about this, and this year you will go into it more deeply. The depths to this subject are infinite - there is always more to learn.
Not only do you respond well to spiritually-oriented therapies - prayer, meditation, laying on of hands, reiki, the manipulation of subtle energies - but the causes of problems are probably in the spiritual realm, too. If you ignore the spiritual power within, you might receive a wake-up call in the form of a health problem. It might manifest as 'symptoms' but should not be viewed in the orthodox way. If you attend to this, the health problem will just fade away - or, even if healers are necessary, everything will go much faster.
