As mentioned, health is much improved over last year and will get even better in coming years. Saturn moved a way from a stressful aspect to a harmonious aspect late last year. Saturn will be in harmonious aspect to you for at least two years. Jupiter is in harmonious aspect to you all year. And, the major headline of the year, Pluto will start coming into harmonious aspect to you this year and for many years to come.
There is only one long-term planet making difficult aspects to you - Neptune. All the rest are in positive aspect. If there have been health problems you will see dramatic improvements in the year ahead (many of you felt them last year, too).
So overall energy is high. With energy, the immune system functions as it should, and prevents many problems. With energy we are in a better mood, and this, too, is an important factor. With energy horizons open up to us that weren't there before - we become more successful. So all of this is good news on many levels.
Sure, there will be periods during the year where energy is not up to its usual standards - these things come from the transits and are temporary - they are not trends for the year. When the difficult transits pass the normal good health returns.
This year your most vulnerable periods are from January 20 to February 19; July 22 to August 22 and October 23 to November 22. Try to rest and relax more those periods.
Your already good health can be enhanced further by paying more attention to the kidneys and hips - always important organs for you. The hips can be regularly massaged. The kidneys can be strengthened in many ways -acupuncture, acupressure, diet, foot reflexology (see chart opposite), hand reflexology, kinesiology and hosts of other natural ways.
Another positive health indicator this year is your empty 6th House. This shows that health is not a major interest. You sort of take it for granted. No need to give it special attention or focus.
Venus, your health planet, is a fast-moving planet. She will move through all the Signs and Houses of your Horoscope in any given year. Thus your health needs - and the things that help you - tend to vary very quickly - it all depends where Venus is at any given time and the kind of aspects she is receiving. The health of your spouse or partner can be enhanced through vigorous physical exercise (as much as can be comfortably handled) - muscle tone is very important. If he or she feels under the weather, hot and spicy foods seem good - things like garlic, onions or jalapeho peppers.
Children seem a major focus this year. There seems to be many changes going on with them - changes of the image, the self-concept, and perhaps cleansings of the physical body. Though they seem in general more conservative this year, from a health perspective they need to be more experimental - try out new things, new therapies and the like. Foot and ankle massage will be very beneficial. Ankles should be given more support. Shoes should fit right.
The health of parents or parent figures also seems improved over last year. One of them might be contemplating surgery - but in spite of this health will be OK.
