Though money is always important to you - always a major focus - this year it is not as much a focus as usual. Your 2nd House of Finance is not a House of Power. I read this as positive. First off, it shows that things are going well and there's no need for many major changes or initiatives. Secondly, it shows that you have more freedom to shape this area as you like. The planetary powers are not obstructing you. You can create the financial life that you desire.
The career - your outer life - seems more of a focus this year. More important than mere money. With a solid career position, a good professional reputation, you can always make money. But not so easy the other way around.
The challenges that we see in the career are the same we've been seeing for many years now - the same planets are still involved. Your problem is how to succeed in a worldly way while still being idealistic, while doing something that is right for the planet, and without having to sacrifice your spiritual values. A tall order. The world seems to respect the 'bottom line' and not idealism. In the world people succeed in cutthroat kinds of ways. Yet these things don't sit right with you. Somehow - and everybody finds their own personal solution - you have to integrate spiritual values with a worldly work - and work that will bring success. Some people, with these kinds of aspects actually choose a spiritual type of career - professional philanthropy, careers in hospitals, welfare centers, or with altruistic causes, the ministry or arts. Some pursue a worldly career but get heavily involved in charities and causes on the side. Other people manage to merge a mundane work with something spiritual - i.e. building a health spa and community - or building a spiritual community with places of worship and health facilities - this combines the natural talents of Taurus with something idealistic. This should give you a few ideas, but you will each find your own solution. There are many scenarios not mentioned.
Those of you who choose a mundane kind of career will gravitate to film, electronic media, radio, TV, Internet and art. This doesn't mean that you have to be a performer (although many Taurus people are good performers) - it can be on the business or technical side of these industries, too.
One of the things I like about your career these past few years is how you manage to have the right friends in the right places - friends who can and do help you. Your networking abilities have seldom been better. Thus you can advance your career by joining clubs and professional organizations and getting involved. Those of you who market products, should focus more on organizations.
