This year Pluto is making a major move out of your Money House and into your 3rd House of Communication and Intellectual Interests. Most of the year Pluto will flirt with your 3rd House, but by November 27 he will move in permanently. Your drive and interest in wealth (just for the sake of wealth) are waning.

In previous years you were spending on yourself - invest­ing in yourself - investing in your image and appearance. 'Looking wealthy' seemed just as important as actually 'being' wealthy. You were working the 'wealth magic'. But now you will spend more on communication equipment, cars and education. You will buy more books and magazines and spend more on lectures and seminars. This is a happy area of life this year.

Of course you're not going to just 'cease' all economic activity now. But you will shift the emphasis.

Your financial planet is also in the Sign of Capricorn this year - your 3rd House. Thus your interest in communication and education will probably enhance your income. I like these fields as investments, jobs or actual businesses. Also the media business.

Professional investors should look at the blue-chip, tradi­tional type stocks - the big, established, old-line companies. The approach to investing should be conservative - not aimed at making big money fast - but more at making money over the long term. Momentum-investing seems out of favour for you - value-investing, buying good-quality companies at fair or undervalued prices will work better. (The industries mentioned above seem best.)

Property - both commercial and residential - also seems good.

If you have teaching or writing ability, this is the year to launch out and spread your wings. Whatever business or work you are involved with, communication will play a greater than usual role. It's not so much about the quality of your work, service or product - but about letting people know about it. Good use of the media is very important.

Job-seekers have a status-quo year. Likewise those who employ others. There will be job changes - sudden ones -from July 1 to August 19. And for those who employ others, that period brings turnover with the staff.

Although you seem very speculative this year (and have been that way for some years), this is not a year to make money that way. The conservative, tried-and-true approaches work best. (If you speculate, see it more as a form of enter­tainment rather than as a money-making proposition.)

Career doesn't seem important this year. There are vari­ous reasons for this. Number one, your 10th House is empty this year. Number two, all the long-term planets (with the exception of Saturn) are below the horizon of the Horoscope - showing that you are more concerned with emotional harmony and domestic tranquillity than you are with outer achievement. Psychological progress and growth are more important than promotions and glory.

A Solar Eclipse on August 1 will bring career changes or changes in your corporate hierarchy. But aside from this, career seems basically status quo.
