You’ve had a lot of great thing happen already in 2013, Pisces. Much of the time, you might begin to question what is about to go wrong. And this might be the month where you’re tempted to pose this question aloud since things seem to fall apart around you. Even though you may not have changed what you are doing in your life, others around you are going to respond to the changes you have made.
What you don’t realize is that when you change, others will change too. They begin to see that you are doing wonderful things and this makes them question the plans they have in their life too. Even though they might not realize it, they might begin to grow jealous of your success. The ones who are closest to you might begin to tell you that you are approaching your life incorrectly. They might begin to pick apart your dreams and tell you that you can’t do what you want to do.
It’s hard when those you love try to make you feel badly about doing something you want to do. To make sure you don’t lose friends during this time, thank them for their advice, but then stop them from giving you any more insights. You might want to keep some of your good news to yourself until you feel that your friends will support you.
If you find that friends are becoming negative around you, then you need to speak up. Talk to them about how you feel they aren’t supporting your dreams, and then ask them if they realize how they are hurting you. They might not have thought about how you felt during the conversations, and this can be a powerful moment for them. If they don’t understand, this might be a sign you need to reevaluate the friendship.
In the end, you can’t rely on others to make you feel good about the decisions you’ve made in life. Even if you want approval, you might not always get it. Instead, it’s a good idea to think less about what others think, and think more about what you think of yourself. If you’re happy, that’s all that matters. Just go back to enjoying your life and your choices, and eventually the ones who really love you will realize they have been wrong for doubting you.
