Last year (and for the past few years) you were learning financial lessons. Learning to be in control of your finances and not letting them control you; learning to eliminate waste, live within your means, stretch a pound to the fullest, and take a long-term perspective on wealth; to learn to increase wealth in evolutionary rather than revolution­ary ways. For most of you there was a huge financial re­organization. By the middle of last year these lessons were learned and the focus shifted to communication and intellec­tual interests. This trend continues this year, too. It is all about deepening the thought process, studying things in a more thorough way, learning to control your thinking and speech.

Last year there was great emphasis on health and work. Many of you landed dream jobs. Those of you who employ others enlarged the workforce. This year the focus shifts to love, romance and social issues. The year ahead will be a banner love and social year. More on this later on.

For many years there has been great interest in the deeper things of life - the meaning of life in general and the meaning of your own life. There have been explorations into past lives, life after death, rebirth and a focus on personal transformation. Religion and philosophy have been very important. These interests continue - perhaps even stronger in the year ahead.
