Moving around in March, Cancer, is a good idea. The more that you can get your body moving around, the more you will begin to feel better. Even though your health might be good, you need to start moving around more so you don’t get stuck in your life. You can achieve this by adding more walking to your day, or you can simply start to exercise to a video or in a class.
When you move your body, you shake up the energy in the space around you, in addition to helping your health. What you might want to try is getting active with your friends and loved ones. This will help everyone begin to feel more alive, while also helping everyone spend time together. You can also begin to enjoy your life more when you break out of your routine and do something that you wouldn’t normally do.
Try taking a dance class to meet someone new, if you’re single. Or you might want to try a new restaurant. Keep your body and your mind moving this month, which may mean that you need to step away from the TV and other distracting activities. Try to allow your body and mind to grow and to get in shape. Maybe you’ll even start a few new habits in the process. Think about ways you can shake off complacency and boredom.
No matter what you choose to do this month, make sure that you’re enjoying yourself. When you choose something you don’t enjoy, you’ll know it. You deserve to be filled with joy all the time, and this means you need to make sure that you listen to what your heart and mind tell you about the choice you make. When you do, you will have a happier time in your new life, even if you’re not sure what that means or why it should be so important now.
