Finance per se doesn't seem a major interest in the year ahead. Status, prestige, advancement, elevation - in other words, the career - is much more important and this is where the action is in the coming year. A very strong career year.
With Jupiter in your 10th House of Career all year, many of you will be promoted and receive pay rises. And this seems to be what you are shooting for. Not so much to make money, but to achieve the elevation from which money can naturally be made. It's as if you are putting off earnings to achieve greater status. You are setting up the conditions by which earnings will increase down the road.
Of course you will have earnings in the coming year - in spite of the fact that the Money House is basically empty. But this will simply maintain the status quo.
Success will come through much hard work, taking on more responsibility, many dramas and changes. This is a turbulent area in the year ahead - turbulent but good. You are attaining success the hard way - through old fashioned hard work. As you do this, you will create much good luck for yourself - as Jupiter's beneficence steps in. Even if you get promoted without doing too much hard work, the promotion will bring that with it. The good news is that you will see the result of your work - many people are not that lucky.
There is more travel involved with the career as well. Your willingness to travel will play a big role in your success. Many of you have got all the education you needed last year, but any educational opportunity that arises, especially if it is related to the career, is good.
Finally you will need to make dramatic changes in the career. This can be with your attitudes, your career path, or the methods by which you are pursuing it. These changes -and they might go against the grain - will help you achieve the heights.
Destiny will also play its role - as you play yours. As you do the work required and make the changes that it is possible for you to make, other changes - dramatic ones -either in your industry, with your bosses, your corporate hierarchy, with the government or government regulations, are going to happen to clear your path. These shakeups can seem frightening, but hold firm; ultimately they are for your good.
We are seeing these changes in a number of ways. Pluto -a very dynamic power - moves in and out of your 10th House this year. And, Saturn camps out very near an eclipse point from February until August. If obstructions to your success need 'blasting', it will happen. Nothing can stop you this year.

Out of this will come a fearlessness - an endurance - that will always keep you on top.
Pluto's move into Capricorn also has world level implications. Capricorn rules the traditional structures of the world - the government and corporate structures - and these will be subjected to many a crisis in coming years. We will hear of more revolutions in different parts of the world. Keep in mind that Pluto cannot kill something that is vital and healthy - only the flawed and effete are vulnerable. In this respect, Pluto's violent tendencies, are a cosmic good - they demolish what needs to be demolished. The good will always endure.
